TruthLens is an AI-powered media literacy tool that identifies potential propaganda techniques and political bias indicators in text content. It is designed as an educational and analytical aid — not a fact-checker, not a news authority, and not a substitute for your own critical thinking.
AI-Generated Analysis
All analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). AI is imperfect. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect limitations of the underlying model.
TruthLens results should not be treated as legal determinations, factual verdicts ("this article is false"), authoritative political judgments, or professional advice of any kind.
Political Neutrality
TruthLens applies the same analytical framework to content from all political perspectives. We do not endorse any political party, ideology, or viewpoint. The presence or absence of flagged techniques in any content is not an endorsement or condemnation of that content or its source.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
We make no warranty, express or implied, that TruthLens results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use your own judgment.
TruthLens may be used anonymously (without an account) subject to the usage limits described in Section 5. Creating an account is optional and provides higher usage limits and additional features.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Bespinite LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TruthLens enforces daily usage limits to ensure fair access and manage operating costs:
Daily limits reset at 12:00 AM UTC. Cached results (when the same URL is analyzed more than once within 24 hours) do not count against your daily limit.
We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice as the service scales.

TruthLens uses Anthropic's Claude API to perform AI analysis. By using TruthLens, you acknowledge that the text you submit for analysis is transmitted to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy and terms of service govern their handling of that data. We do not include any personal identifiers in content sent to Anthropic.
TruthLens, including its code, design, branding, and analysis methodology, is the intellectual property of Bespinite LLC. All rights reserved. The "TruthLens" name and associated branding may not be used without written permission from Bespinite LLC.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TruthLens, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BESPINITE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TRUTHLENS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BESPINITE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bespinite LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of TruthLens or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using TruthLens at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting legal@truthlens.us.
Bespinite LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to TruthLens at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of TruthLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
